Union Bank of California in North Park exhibits a rotating exhibition of artwork in partnership with the San Diego Art Institute. Union Bank opens its doors for North Park Nights from 6-9pm featuring a one night only exhibition of artwork.

Irene Corey

Irene Corey was born in a small town in Ohio, a very long time ago. Her two greatest ambitions were to be an artist and to get out of Ohio. Irene broke away to Guadalajara, Mexico and developed an appreciation for Mexican folk arts.

Artist’s Statement:
"Though my subjects are diverse, my style is identifiable in all my paintings. I respect order in design as well as in nature. My shapes are usually bold and the colors clean. I admire the works of various other artists but can only be true to my own nature and never try to imitate."
